In order to make everyone’s spa visit as tranquil as possible, Renew Day Spa operates under the following policies. Please read them completely and ask us any questions you may have.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least a 24 hour notice so other guests can have the opportunity of that time frame. If less than a 24 hour notice is given a cancellation fee will incur and an invoice will be sent and must be paid before rescheduling. You may make changes to your appointment by calling 919-322-2178

Arrival

If you are new to us then please arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can familiarize you to our facility and to fill out necessary paperwork in order for our therapists to provide you with the best care. Not new to us? We still would love you to arrive 20 minutes early to have plenty of time to change, use the restroom, review paperwork, and relax in our lounge prior to your appointment. Arriving late will result in a shortened treatment to prevent delays for our other guests; however the full treatment will be charged.

Children

For the safety, utmost service quality, and relaxation of all our guests we ask that children will not be left unattended in the waiting area and they are not permitted in the spa area (esthetic, mani/pedi, locker, relaxation, or massage rooms). Minimum age for a massage is 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Groups

If you want to enjoy your day at the spa with a friend or two please call ahead of time so we can arrange your appointments together. There is a 20% gratuity added for all groups of 2 or more and 50% of the service total must be prepaid at the time of scheduling.

Series and Gift Certificates

All series are non-refundable and are to be used on the treatment purchased only within 6 months of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and have a 12 month expiration date from date of purchase.

Cell Phone/Electronic Devices

For everyone’s relaxation, we ask that all phones and electronic devices be turned on silent and locked in your locker. There are to be no cell phones or electronic devices in the Relaxation Lounge. If you have an important call you are waiting for please have them call our front desk at 919 322-2178 and we will notify you of the call.

Spa Voice

Help us keep the spa a sanctuary of relaxation. We ask that you speak softly (spa voice) so all can enjoy their treatments.

Valuables

We ask that you do not wear jewelry to your appointment. If you have jewelry on when you arrive please lock it in the lockers that are provided for you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables but we will provide you ways to keep it safe.

Gratuity

As in most service establishments, gratuity is appropriate. In the salon and spa industry, a 15% to 20% gratuity is customary based on your level of service.

Complimentary shipping on product!

Are you in need for product and no time to stop by? Then let us make your life hassle free. Buy any 3 products from us and shipping is on us. Due to our contract with Image Skincare we are unable to sell online but feel free to call and our Estheticians will help you choose the products that work best for you!

Tours

To ensure a quiet and private sanctuary for our guests, tours of the facility are not available for non-Spa guests. Please see our gallery of pictures as a sneak peak of what we offer.

Donations

If you would like Renew Day Spa to donate to your business or fundraiser, please print out the donation form and bring it by the spa during normal business hours. We will get it back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for thinking of Renew Day Spa for your fundraising needs.
